I was catching up with the news this morning and this article from the Irish Times caught my attention, where a patron of a health club successfully sued the club after she broke her front teeth after she dived into the pool. Her argument was that while the pool was an Olympic size it only had a depth of 1.35 metres and that there were no signs displayed to indicate "NO DIVING"
